Stay on station for 2 sets before changing.

Set 1 = 60 seconds (5-1) tempo
10 seconds rest

Set 2 = 30 seconds (1-1 tempo)
10 seconds transition to next station

Station 2. KB squat off wall

Station 3. Lateral sprint

Station 4. EQ bar rows

Station 5. MB push ups

Station 6. Jump lunge to jump squat

Station 7. KB high pull to press
